Reward after cat shot by arrow grows to $1,300

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The reward for information leading to the person who shot a cat with an arrow is up to $1,300, according to the Humane Society of Mid Michigan.

The Humane Society of Mid Michigan said Wednesday the Michigan Humane Society matched its reward contribution, bringing the total amount to $1,300.

The update comes a week after the Humane Society of Mid Michigan first posted photos of the cat, who has been named Wayland,on its Facebook page.
