The building sits on the corner of Bond Avenue and Trowbridge Street NW on the northwest side of Grand Rapids. The main level features a lobby lounge for residents, with Sweetwater's Tea and Coffee, a fireplace and another unfilled commercial space. In between the lobby lounge and the 202 units is a four-story parking garage.
The building boasts a number of different layouts, from 704-square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bath units that start at $1,325 a month to 2-bed, 2-bath, 1000-square-foot apartments on the 15th floor that rent for as much as $2,725.
