Following a request from GR Mayor Rosalynn Bliss, Gov. Whitmer declared a state of emergency in the city of Grand Rapids, after the ice storm that left some 42,000 without power. We were joined by Managing Director of Public Services for the City of Grand rapids, Tom Almonte to talk about State resources headed to Grand Rapids and ways residents can benefit and help.
