PLAINFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A 63-year-old man is facing 25 years to life in prison for child sexual assault and child pornography at a Plainfield Township apartment complex.
Juan Camargo’s trial was slated to begin this week, but he pleaded guilty Monday to three counts of first-degree criminal sexual assault, one count of second-degree criminal sexual assault and producing child pornography.
Camargo lived at Autumn Ridge Apartments off Mayfield Avenue NE near Plainfield Avenue between March and December of 2017, and spent time at the partment complex’s playground, according to court records.
