FRUITLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — One person was killed in a fiery car crash near Lakewood Club Sunday afternoon.
The single-car crash happened shortly after 2 p.m. on northbound US-31 near White Lake Drive.
Michigan State Police say the car was on fire when emergency responders arrived. Witnesses said the driver was still inside.
