PENN TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Two people were hospitalized after a head-on crash west of Vandalia Wednesday.
It happened around 5:30 p.m. on M-60 near Calvin Center Road in Penn Township.
The Cass County Sheriff's Office says Miguel Guerrero lost control of his car on slick roads and crossed the centerline, hitting another car head-on.
