KENTWOOD, Mich. (WOOD) — Kentwood police have identified the suspect who allegedly assaulted two police officers.
The incident happened around 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Countryside Townhouses, located off 48th Street near Eastern Avenue SE.
Police say officers were responding to a report of domestic assault when the situation escalated and 24-year-old Harry Buchanan got into a struggle with officers before running away. Witnesses reported seeing Buchanan being picked up by a vehicle shortly after.
