GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Commissioners have voted to dissolve the Kent County Land Bank Authority Thursday.
After more than three and a half hours of debate, the Kent County Board of Commissioners voted 11-8 to dissolve InnovaLaB, also known as the Kent County Land Bank Authority.
