PLAINFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Authorities say a man was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Kent County late Friday night.
It happened around 11:16 on West River Drive NE near Samrick Avenue NE west of Jupiter Avenue NE in Plainfield Township.
The Kent County Sheriff’s Department says a man was driving westbound on West River Drive at high speeds when his vehicle crossed over the eastbound lanes and struck the cement wall of the White Pine Trail bridge over West River Drive.
