GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV) — Retailers are offering deep price cuts this year to attract Black Friday shoppers.
The personal-finance website WalletHub surveyed nearly 7,000 deals from 35 of the biggest U.S. retailers’ 2018 Black Friday ad scans. Of the country’s 35 biggest retailers, the report found Belk and JCPenney are offering the biggest discounts. True Value is at the bottom of the list.
