GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Voting for the new design of signs at Grand Rapids parks is open to the public.
The city is holding a competition to redesign the signs at each of its parks, and has narrowed the contestants down to five.
Community members can vote for the new design on the city’s website, by phone at 616.456.3696 or in person at the Parks of Recreation office located at 201 Market Ave. SW.
The winning submission will be displayed at each of the city’s 75 parks, and the winner will be given up to $1,000 to collaborate with a design professional to produce final drawings.
