ZEELAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A new nine-acre development slated for the Zeeland area includes the first hotel to be built there in decades.
Granger Group says its Park Place development will include Michigan’s first Avid Hotel.
The hotel from InterContinental Hotels Group will include 92 rooms and an indoor pool. It will anchor the development near the southwest corner of Byron Road and the I-196 interchange in Zeeland Township.
