PARCHMENT, Mich. (WOOD) — People living in the Parchment area may notice some unusual colors on the Kalamazoo River this week.
The city of Parchment says officials are analyzing water flow using dye tests. A Department of Public Works official says tests are part of routine tests to see if there are any leaks.
