GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — State health officials are urging residents to check their hot curry and curry powders after tests showed elevated levels of lead among certain brands of the spice.
The recalled curry powder was distributed statewide under several brand names, including:
- Baraka
- Butera Fruit Market
- Corrado
- Mediterranean Specialty Foods
- Nouri’s Syrian Bakery
- Orlando Imports
