GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Three proposals on the November ballot to legalize marijuana, end gerrymandering and change voting guidelines in Michigan have the majority support of Michigan voters, a new poll shows.
And Michigan voters care: 71 percent of those surveyed said they were extremely interested in the election and extremely motivated to vote.
In addition to a tighter race between Republicans and Democrats, an EPIC-MRA survey commissioned by WOOD TV8 shows a slight uptick in support for Proposal 1, which would legalize marijuana for adults ages 21 or older, and Proposal 2, which would create a commission that would dictate voting district boundaries.
