MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) — A man has pleaded no contest to charges linked to a death of a 6-year-old girl in a hit-and-run crash in Muskegon Heights.
On Thursday, Dakota Welch pleaded no contest to charges of leaving the scene of an accident causing injury or death and driving with a suspended license resulting in death, court records show.
