WALKER, Mich. (WOOD) — Pet lovers looking to add to their furry family are in luck: BISSELL Pet Foundation’s free pet adoption program is back.
The BISSELL Pet Foundation says last year, 3,135 pets were adopted in one day through its Empty the Shelters initiative. For one day only, the organization covers pet adoption fees. (Owners must still pay for pet licenses.)
