CHARLOTTE, Mich. (WOOD) — A former clerk with the Eaton County Sheriff’s Office is facing 14 charges for allegedly falsely accusing a deputy of sexual assaulting her.
Kellie Bartlett was formally charged Friday with nine felony crimes, including:
- Two counts of using a computer to commit a crime
- Two counts of identity theft
- Three counts of unauthorized access to a computer
- Conspiracy
- False report of a felony
