GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The City of Grand Rapids has made some changes to its parking app after some feedback from its users.
Since launching Motu in June, the city has received feedback and has had to work through some issues.
On Wednesday, more changes were made to the app. Users can now end their parking session at any time, pay by the minute, extend their allotted time, restart their session and will receive an expiration alert from the app.
