HOLLAND, Mich. (WOOD) — The orange cones could be sticking around longer on several road projects in Ottawa County, after crews halted work amid a contract dispute.
The labor dispute between the Michigan Infrastructure Transportation Association and Operating Engineers Local 324 began last weekend.
