COMSTOCK TOWNSHIP, Mich. (via WOOD TV 8) — One person is behind bars in Kalamazoo County thanks to a K-9 team.
Sheriff's deputies say they were looking for a man around 8:25 p.m. Saturday evening who fled the scene of a felonious assault with a firearm. The suspect, who had a prior warrant, fled the scene before deputies arrived.
K-9 Zeus tracked him down near East J-K Avenue and 28th Street, north of East Michigan Avenue in Comstock Township.
