BETHEL TOWNSHIP Mich. (via WOOD TV 8) -- A 25-year-old man was killed when he crashed the crop duster he was flying Saturday afternoon.
The incident happened in a bean field northeast of Kosmerick Rd. and S. Snow Prairie Rd. in Bethel Township, southeast of Bronson, just after 5:30 p.m.
Michigan State Police identify Phillip Ching of Middlebury, Indiana as the victim and say he was crop-dusting the field when he crashed.
