GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (via WOOD TV 8) — A woman was thrown from a vehicle and a man pinned in after an apparent road rage incident led to a car crash and fire in Grand Rapids Thursday evening.
It happened on Burton Street SE between Plymouth Avenue and Breton Road.
The Grand Rapids Police Department said witnesses told officers that two vehicles were initially spotted "racing" down Plymouth Avenue and then turned eastbound onto Burton.
Eventually, one of them, a small SUV, slammed in to a tree and caught fire.
