GUN PLAINS TOWNSHIP, Mich. (via WOOD TV 8) — A woman was taken to the hospital after a single-vehicle crash in Allegan County Sunday morning.
The wreck happened around 1:20 a.m. on 106th Avenue near 2nd Street in Gun Plains Township.
The Allegan County Sheriffs Office says the 18-year-old woman was traveling eastbound when she lost control. The vehicle crossed the center line near 2nd Street, drove off the road and hit a tree on the west bound side of the roadway.
Witnesses say the woman was driving erratically before crashing.
