Camp Sunshine’s Run for the Sun race began seven years ago, when the board for Camp Sunshine noticed the desire for further community involvement and participation. The Run for the Sun event is an opportunity for campers, counselors, donors, families, friends, and sponsors to join together in raising awareness and support for Camp Sunshine. Each year, the run continues to grow and surpass it’s financial goal for fundraising.
