Fourth of July forecast: Heat, a few storms

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Heat and humidity will build back into West Michigan just in time for the holiday.

Both the third and the Fourth of July will play host to highs in the 90s, and it will feel hotter than that because of the substantial humidity.

We have already seen eight 90-degree days so far this year. Tuesday and Wednesday will likely bring our count up to 10.

Our dew points will be steamy, climbing back into the low 70s.
