GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Hundreds gathered in Grand Rapids Saturday morning to protest the separation of families at U.S. borders.
Organizers set up tables for people to sign petitions calling for Kent County to end its contract with Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which runs through September 2019.
People at the rally spoke out against the treatment of immigrant families and their children by ICE and U.S. border agents.
