A man from Cass County won $1 million playing the Powerball lottery.
55-year-old Tori Simpson bought a Powerball ticket online before the March 16th Powerball drawing. He ended up matching five white balls for a $1 million prize.
He said he plans on using the money to build a new home and will save the rest for retirement.
This comes as the Powerball jackpot is currently an estimated $935 million, with the next drawing set for tomorrow night.
