A Quiet Sunday Night in Grand Rapids after Weekend Rioting

GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - It was relatively quiet in Grand Rapids on Sunday after city officials responded to weekend rioting with a 48-hour curfew.

Police Chief Eric Payne says the curfew will be enforced again at 7 p.m.

There were a handful of arrests reported, including six protesters at Rosa Parks Circle. A bicyclist was arrested after riding toward a police barricade.
