Officials are seeking information about the shooting death of 20-year-old Martin Martinez-Ramirez.
Martinez-Ramirez was found dead in a parked car on Wing Avenue near 60th Street on January 27.
Silent Observer is offering $10,000 for information leading to the person responsible for his death.
