Demolition will begin soon at the site of the planned Acrisure Amphitheater.
Permits for demolition were filed on Tuesday.
Grand Action 2.0 says the administration building, sanitation and street building and street maintenance building will all be demolished at 201 Market Ave.
Crews could be working on site as early as May 1.
