Michigan fires men's basketball coach Juwan Howard

The University of Michigan Athletic Director is announcing they are parting ways with men's basketball head coach Juwan Howard after five seasons.

AD Warde Manuel says after reviewing the program he decided it was not living up to expectations or trending in the right direction.

The team finished the season eight and 24, the most losses in the program's history.

Howard will be payed three-million-dollars since he was fired before June 30.
