A new Grand Rapids facility is offering a place to play soccer year-round.
The Grand Rapids Soccer Society opened last month on Plainfield Avenue near 4 Mile Road.
GRSS Founder Sam Chappell says the city needed more turf space.
The fields can be booked for practice or for games and GRSS will offer an adult league starting in March.
