Michigan Panthers release schedule, returning to Ford Field

The Michigan Panthers will continue to call Ford Field home.

The United Football League season begins March 30 with a home game against the St. Louis Battlehawks.

The USFL and XFL merged this year to create an eight team league while eliminating eight other teams.

Head coach Mike Nolan says they are looking to build on football success in the state and are excited for the season.

The team's full schedule:

  • March 30 vs the St. Louis Battlehawks at 4 p.m.
  • April 7 vs the Birmingham Stallions at noon
  • April 14 vs the Houston Roughnecks at noon
  • April 20 at the San Antonio Brahmas at 7 p.m.
  • April 28 at the Memphis Showboats at 3 p.m.
  • May 5 vs the Arlington Renegades at 1 p.m.
  • May 12 at the D.C. Defenders at noon
  • May 18 vs the Memphis Showboats at 4 p.m.
  • May 26 at the Houston Roughnecks at 2:30 p.m.
  • June 1 at the Birmingham Stallions at noon
