GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Kent County prosecutor Chris Becker tells WOOD-TV that a 19-year-old man is now facing a list of felonies after authorities found stolen vape pens, guns and marijuana at his residence in Gaines Township last month.
"That was something when we talked about legalizing marijuana we were concerned about as law enforcement," Becker said. "That, quite frankly, proved to be the case."
Becker also says glock switches were found at Kevin Nguyen's home.
The most-serious charge, if convicted, could put him in prison for the next decade.
