GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - A 44-year-old man has been resentenced to between 35 and 60 years in prison for killing a 17-year-old in 1996 when he was 16.
Federico Cruz killed Daniel Crawford near Sparta, cut off his head, and recorded a video of him talking to it.
Cruz was also given credit for 27 years already served.
