Wyoming mayor among 16 accused of being fake electors

LANSING (WOOD-AM) - Kent Vanderwood, the mayor of Wyoming, is one of 16 people charged by Attorney General Dana Nessel for allegedly being fake electors in the 2020 presidential election.

They face a list of charges, including forgery, uttering and publishing and election law forgery.

The suspects are accused of working together to try to establish Donald Trump as the winner in the state.
