The Kent County Department of Public Works says the Recycling and Education Center will reopen on Friday after a wall collapsed earlier this week.
Bales of cardboard shifted and fell through a sidewall in the building causing damage to an exterior wall and a support beam.
No one was injured during the incident.
The facility was diverting recycled materials to the incinerator while the facility was closed.
