Grand Rapids Mayor Rosalynn Bliss will deliver the annual state of the city address on Tuesday night.
The event will be held at Studio D2D Event Center but is invitation only.
The speech is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
The event will be livestreamed.
Bliss plans to cover the importance of collaboration, equity initiatives and housing supply.
