GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Judge Christina Elmore will hear arguments this morning over whether to throw out the second-degree murder case against Christopher Schurr, the former Grand Rapids police officer at the center of last year's fatal officer-involved shooting of Patrick Lyoya.
