A debate between the candidates for the 3rd Congressional District is being cancelled.
The debate between Republican candidate John Gibbs and Democratic candidate Hillary Scholten was scheduled for September 13.
Both candidates agreed to the date before the debate was announced in August.
Gibbs' team says the date no longer works.
