Western Michigan University is considering selling part of their Business Technology and Research Park North.
WMU's Board of Trustees will discuss the idea during a meeting Thursday.
Bronson Healthcare has offered $414,000 for 5.5 acres of the park and Faraday Defense Corp. offered $350,000 for a 4.45 acre portion of the park.
The school is also considering selling the Kendall Center in downtown Battle Creek.
