GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - The defense attorneys for four men facing federal charges in the plot to kidnap and kill Governor Whitmer say they did not take part in the planning of the scheme.
Federal prosecutors say the men were willing participants and it was "not just talk."
Defense attorneys are claiming entrapment by federal law enforcement officers.
The trial began yesterday with opening statements.
