MONTCALM COUNTY (WOOD-AM) - Michigan State Police say a 39-year-old Nunica woman is dead and her 8-year-old son is seriously hurt following a crash near Lakeview yesterday morning.
It happened on M-46 near Fitzner Road around 8:20 a.m.
Investigators say her vehicle struck a box truck after it crossed the highway's center line.
She died at the scene. The driver of the box truck wasn't injured.
