MIOSHA ending COVID protocol for most workplaces

The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration is changing its coronavirus mitigation rules as the state drops restrictions.

Workplace now have the discretion to require masks, social distancing and daily health screenings.

The only exception is health care workplaces.

The changes bring the state into line with federal Occupation Safety and Health Administration guidance.
