Greenville Public Schools District has hired a coach at the center of allegations against the University of Maryland.
Rick Court was the strength and condition coordinator at the University of Maryland until he resigned in 2018 after the death of offensive lineman Jordan McNair.
McNair died of heatstroke after a workout Court had supervised.
Other allegations of humiliating players and bullying came out against Court later.
Greenville Public Schools superintendent Linda Van Houten defended Court vigorously.
