PARK TOWNSHIP, Mich. - After originally saying that a 23-year-old woman was held at knifepoint, and forced into a car, investigators determined a woman was not assaulted at Holland State Park over the previous weekend.
Follow-up interviews reveal the woman was not in Ottawa County. Instead, investigators believe the assault may have happened in the Kalamazoo area.
The incident remains under investigation.
