Former Officer Accused of Police Brutality

HARTFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. - Dana Nessel, Michigan's Attorney General, says that her office has charged former Hartford Police Officer Matthew Mistretta in connection to an August 2020 arrest.

The former officer was charged on May 25 with two counts of assault and battery, and one count of misconduct in office by a public official.
