Grand Rapids Public Schools delays in-person expansion

Grand Rapids Public Schools is pushing back the date for in-person learning expansion.

The district announced on Tuesday that in-person learning will not shift from two to four days until April 26.

Superintendent Leadriane Roby says the decision was made based on the increase in COVID-19 cases in Kent County.

The district says the date may change based on future information.
