Police say 22-year-old Davion Shacorey Lee was the victim found shot and dead in his car on Sunday morning in Wyoming.
Witnesses say they heard an argument outside and then seven gunshots.
Police are looking for a person of interest, 21-year-old Brian Lamont Ashley Jr.
Ashley is currently not a suspect, but police believe he may be involved.
